The Helm is intentionally designed for women who are ready to participate fully, build meaningful relationships, and contribute to the entire community.
These are the non-negotiables of membership:
You must be an executive mother with an established business as an entrepreneur or be leading a team within a corporation.
You must be able to attend at least 75% of Helm events.
You must have the time and schedule autonomy to make the most of your membership.
You must be committed to leading at home and at work at the highest level while also helping other women in the membership rise.
